2. SHIPPING POLICY
We ship worldwide from our fulfillment center. Every order is processed and packed with care.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Delivery times are estimates and start from the day your order ships, not the day you place it.
Tracking your order
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. You can track your package any time using the link in that email.
If you don't see a confirmation email within 3 business days, please check your spam folder or contact us at support@genestreetwear.com
Customs, duties & taxes
For international orders outside the US, your country may apply customs fees, import duties, or VAT. These charges are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
We have no control over customs fees and cannot predict their amount. Please check your local customs office if you'd like to know more before ordering.
Delays
While we do everything we can to deliver on time, occasional delays may happen due to:
- Customs processing in your country
- Weather conditions or carrier disruptions
- High-volume periods (sales, holidays)
If your order takes longer than expected, please contact us — we'll investigate immediately.
Lost or stolen packages
If tracking shows your package was delivered but you didn't receive it, please:
- Check with neighbors and your local post office
- Wait 48 hours (packages sometimes appear)
- Contact us at support@genestreetwear.com if it's still missing
We'll work with the carrier to locate your package or send a replacement when applicable.
Wrong address
If you enter the wrong shipping address at checkout, please email us within 2 hours of placing the order. After that, your order may already be processed and we cannot guarantee changes. Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer are not eligible for free re-shipping.
