Refund policy
1. REFUND POLICY
We have a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In the same condition as you received it
- Unworn, unwashed, and unused
- With all original tags attached
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase
How to start a return: Email us at support@genestreetwear.com with your order number and the reason for return. Our team will reply within 24 hours with the return address and instructions.
Please do not send the item back before we confirm the return — packages sent without prior approval cannot be processed.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may need a few extra days to post the funds.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong product, contact us within 7 days at support@genestreetwear.com with photos. We'll make it right — full refund or free replacement, your choice.
Non-returnable items
The following cannot be returned:
- Items marked FINAL SALE (including Black Friday/Spring/Winter Sale items)
- Gift cards
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
- Items showing signs of wear, washing, or missing tags
If you're unsure whether your item qualifies, just email us before sending it back.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get the size or item you want is to:
- Request a return for the original item
- Place a new order for the replacement
This way you don't have to wait for the return to be processed.
EU customers — 14-day cooling-off period
If your order ships to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without justification. The item must still be in its original, unworn condition with all tags attached.
Refunds
Once your return is approved, we'll refund the original payment method within 10 business days. If 15 business days have passed since approval and you still haven't received your refund, please contact us at support@genestreetwear.com
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product).
